Found these two frames at the local "Thrift-R-Us" and liked all the detail. One was a sickly green and the other a shiny gold. A little spray paint some antiquing glaze and they are both ready for some artwork. I found a great Butterfly graphic for one @ The Graphics Fairy and some vintage keys for the other.
But... that's not all folks. I decided to distress the glass for the butterfly print too. First I sponged on some bronze paint on the reverse side of the glass and then spritzed it with bright silver spray paint. I then rubbed off some of the paint with steel wool. Instant Mirror Art.
